At Ethos, all garments are custom-made to the client’s individual measurements. Because each item is produced specifically for the buyer, all sales are subject to a fit-based final sale policy.
1. Final Sale on Properly Fitting Garments
If a garment fits as ordered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes dissatisfaction related to style, color, fabric preference, or change of mind.
Once a garment has been delivered and confirmed to fit according to the measurements provided at the time of order, the sale is final.
2. Limited Eligibility for Review
A refund, remake, or repair will only be considered if:
Minor tailoring adjustments commonly associated with custom garments do not qualify as a misfit.
3. Condition of Garment
Any garment eligible for review must be:
Garments that show signs of wear, alteration, or post-delivery damage are not eligible for consideration.
4. Review Process
Requests for review must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Ethos reserves the right to request reasonable documentation to evaluate fit or manufacturing issues and to determine the appropriate resolution.
5. Resolution
If Ethos determines that an issue qualifies under this policy, Ethos may, at its sole discretion:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is the result of an Ethos error.
